Cookie Settings
Superbloo uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, and two optional categories that help us understand how the product is used and diagnose bugs. You can change your choice at any time on this page.
01What each category covers
1.1 Strictly necessary
Session cookies set by our authentication provider (Better Auth) keep you signed in and identify which workspace you are working in. A single sb-consent cookie stores the choice you make on this page so we do not have to ask again. A sidebar_state cookie remembers whether you collapsed the app sidebar. None of these are used for advertising or shared with anyone, and the product cannot function without them, so they are not optional.
1.2 Product analytics
We use PostHog to understand which features are used, where people get stuck, and whether a change made things better or worse. This sets a first-party identifier that lets us tell a returning visitor from a new one and connect your visits into a single history.
These controls apply to the website. The installed desktop application always sends account-linked product analytics and first-party usage records as part of operating the desktop service.
Analytics requests are served from our own domain rather than a third-party one. That is a deliberate reliability choice, not an attempt to evade blocking: browser privacy protections shorten the lifetime of identifiers set by third-party scripts, which would make a returning visitor indistinguishable from a new one after a week.
1.3 Session replay
Session replay reconstructs the clicks, scrolls, and navigation of a session so we can see what happened in the run-up to an error rather than guessing from a stack trace. It records the structure of the page, not a video of your screen.
02How your region affects the default
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, optional cookies stay switched off until you turn them on. Everywhere else they are on by default and you can turn them off at any time — either on this page or from the banner shown on your first visit.
We determine your region from the network location of your request. When we cannot determine it, we apply the stricter opt-in default.
03What is not affected by this choice
Turning off optional cookies stops optional browser-side measurement. It does not disable mandatory desktop analytics, usage records, or replay, and it does not stop the record-keeping we need to operate and bill the Services: credits consumed, generations and exports run, storage used, and subscription events are recorded on our servers as part of providing the product to you, on the contractual and legitimate- interest bases set out in section 04 of our Privacy Policy. That data is tied to your account rather than to a cookie.
Errors and crashes are also reported to Sentry regardless of this setting, because keeping the product working is a legitimate interest and the reports are scrubbed of personal content before they are sent.
04Clearing cookies
You can delete Superbloo cookies at any time from your browser settings. Doing so also deletes your stored preference, so you will be asked again on your next visit. Deleting the session cookie signs you out.
