Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) describes the kinds of content, behavior, and use cases that are not allowed on Superbloo. It applies to everyone who accesses the Services — customers, workspace members, integration partners, and visitors — and is part of our Terms of Service.

Last updated May 25, 2026Effective May 25, 2026
The short versionDon’t use Superbloo to harm people, lie about who is in your content, sexualize minors, generate non-consensual intimate imagery, run political deception, infringe other people’s rights, or break the law. If a model provider we route through forbids a use case, you can’t do it on Superbloo either.

01Why this policy exists

Superbloo gives you powerful generative-AI tools and a fast path to publishing across social and ad platforms. With that comes real responsibility: the content you create with Superbloo can reach a large audience and can affect real people. This policy sets the floor of behavior we expect from everyone using the product.

The list of prohibited uses below is illustrative, not exhaustive. We will use reasonable judgment when applying it, and we may update it as the product and the regulatory landscape evolve.

02Prohibited content

You may not use Superbloo to create, store, or distribute:

2.1 Sexual content involving minors

  • Any content that sexualizes minors, including photorealistic, illustrated, or AI-generated depictions, or content designed to groom minors. This is an absolute prohibition with zero tolerance. We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC and the relevant authorities and permanently terminate offending accounts.

2.2 Non-consensual intimate imagery and deepfakes of real people

  • Sexual or intimate imagery of identifiable real people without their explicit, documented consent — including face-swap, voice-clone, body-swap, “undress”, or “nudify” use cases.
  • Realistic depictions or impersonations of identifiable people (politicians, executives, celebrities, your coworkers, anyone) without their consent, especially when used to deceive viewers about what they said or did.
  • Cloning a person’s voice or likeness for political, medical, financial, or romantic deception.

2.3 Election and civic deception

  • Content that falsely attributes statements or actions to a candidate, election official, or government body.
  • Content designed to suppress voting (false dates, locations, eligibility rules, or procedures).
  • Coordinated inauthentic behavior, fake personas, or networks of accounts designed to manipulate public discourse.

2.4 Hate, harassment, and threats

  • Content that dehumanizes or incites hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, immigration status, or serious disease.
  • Targeted harassment, doxxing, stalking, or threats against an identifiable individual.

2.5 Violence, self-harm, and dangerous activities

  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or instructs violence.
  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders, or that targets vulnerable users for those behaviors.
  • Instructions for creating weapons capable of mass casualties (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological), or for performing cyberattacks.

2.6 Fraud, scams, and deception

  • Phishing, malware, fake invoices, fake support pages, romance scams, “pig butchering”, investment fraud, and similar.
  • False or misleading advertising claims (fake reviews, fake endorsements, undisclosed paid promotion, fake before/after results, misleading health, financial, or earnings claims).
  • Counterfeit goods, knock-offs, or content that misrepresents the source of a product or service.

2.7 Intellectual-property and privacy violations

  • Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, publicity rights, or moral rights.
  • Personal data of identifiable individuals collected, scraped, or used without a lawful basis.
  • Confidential information you don’t have the right to use.

2.8 Regulated and high-risk industries

You may not use Superbloo to generate or distribute content for regulated industries in ways that violate applicable rules, including:

  • Medical, mental-health, or therapeutic advice presented as professional;
  • Legal, immigration, or tax advice presented as professional;
  • Personalized financial, investment, or credit advice;
  • Advertising for firearms, illegal drugs, gambling, or other categories where it is restricted in your jurisdiction.

03Prohibited behavior

  • Attempting to bypass safety filters, model guardrails, or rate limits.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or harvesting outputs at scale to train other AI models (without our prior written consent).
  • Reselling raw model outputs as a competing API or model service.
  • Interfering with, disrupting, or overloading the Services.
  • Probing or scanning the Services for vulnerabilities outside of our security-disclosure program at security@superbloo.com.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or the source of your account.

04Disclosure and labeling

Many jurisdictions require disclosure when content is materially altered or wholly generated by AI (for example, the EU AI Act, several U.S. state laws, and the policies of TikTok, Meta, and YouTube). You are responsible for adding the disclosures required where your audience is, including:

  • Labeling AI-generated or AI-altered video, audio, and imagery where required;
  • Disclosing paid endorsements and material connections, per FTC guidance and equivalent rules elsewhere;
  • Honoring the disclosure requirements of the platform on which you publish.

05Model-provider terms flow down

Superbloo routes generations to third-party model providers. Each of those providers has its own usage policy (for example, the policies of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, fal, Replicate, ElevenLabs, and Black Forest Labs). Those policies are part of this AUP by reference, and the strictest applicable rule wins. If a model provider forbids a use case, you cannot use Superbloo for that use case either, even if it isn’t explicitly listed here.

06Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations using a combination of automated tooling and human review, and we may take any of the following actions, with or without prior notice:

  • Removing or restricting content;
  • Limiting features or generation credits;
  • Suspending or terminating your account;
  • Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement or other authorities.

We will generally try to give a warning and time to remediate for first-time, good-faith policy breaches. We will not give advance warning for severe violations such as CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats of violence, or coordinated election deception.

07Reporting abuse

If you see content or behavior on Superbloo that violates this policy, report it to abuse@superbloo.com. Include URLs, screenshots, and any context that will help us investigate. We treat reports confidentially and follow up where appropriate.

For copyright complaints, use our DMCA process. For security issues, use security@superbloo.com.

08Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the platform, the models we route to, and the regulatory landscape evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
